Starz Gymnastics classes aim to teach all children the foundations of gymnastics starting from the basic skills, progressing to harder more challenging moves. Both classes will include a warmup , key skill/skills focus and a cool down consisting of some conditioning elements to help develop muscle strength. **gymnastics experience can also dictate which class may be attended.
Please note £7 is payable on booking, if your child wants to continue with classes it will be £28 a month via class 4 kids, a email will be sent for this after the first session.
